Another year has passed and you found yourself back at square one (for the 5th time) on losing that extra weight and increasing your overall health. Maybe you have given up and accepted your "fate" or maybe you still have some fight left in you to feel great, be confident and reach those goals you set.
Whether you have given up or you're still fighting, here are two words that will help you succeed:
An accountability partner is someone that you respect and admire, someone who knows and understands your goals and why you want to reach them and will push you beyond the limits and excuses you have given yourself. They will be your #1 cheerleader and remind you how far you have come but also motivate you on the days that you just don't feel like it. No excuses, only action!
So make a list of people you respect and admire, narrow it down to who you think would be a best fit to keep you motivated and going, give them a call and share what you're looking for, share each other's goals and get to work.
