Amine explained to us, that he had to do a shooting for a designer from Marrakech. He went there and designer Nesryne El Maskoune showed him a lot of places, some of them traditional, but nothing, that motivated him. Then she thought about a place, where to find an abandonned boat in the middle of an olive grove. When Amine has seen the boat, it was out of question to do the shooting inside of this boat.
The boat was very dirty and full of stinking water. According to Amine it was "smelling like a dead dog". In addition cause of the aluminium hull of the boat there was a terrible heat inside. So they were forced to keep the balance on the iron bars. "It's not the best way to focus on composition, poses etc. and also not easy for the model to take the balance and make a natural pose. That was a great challenge" so Amine. "After the first part of the shoot model Cindel Anastasia got tired and had numerous bruises. But she didn't want to stop and after an hour's rest we continued. She never gives up".
The shooting Amine did only with the available light of the hull windows and in full manual.
We like to thank Amine Fassi for leaving us these fascinating and excellent photos to share it with you here in Streetfashion MagZZine.
