"Denise and I know each other already for a few months and in total had three common sessions. What I particularly value at Denise, is the easiness and humor, but also her absolute professionalism and focus during a session. Just joking and laughing, but as soon as the camera goes up, she is immediately in her pose or scene. In most cases, there are only a few shots required to get a great result with her. I don't have to tell you anything about her fantastic appearance cause this is obvious.
This specific picture was created during the photowalk in Würzburg (WüWalk). We arranged this together with other photographers and models and used the whole day all the corners of the city for different sets. Already at the beginning Denise and I had discussed, that we wanted to make something in the street and fashion style. When I discovered this alley, I quickly realized, what we could do here. As I already mentioned, Denise does not need many guidance. So the scene was briefly explained and then we started. However, some patience was necessary in order to have no passers-by in the picture.
Since I always try to work with as much aperture as possible, we had to make a few attempts to get the correct pose, the movement of the hair, position of the legs and arms as we wanted.
For the lighting I used a HSS capable plug-in flash with a 60 cm Softbox. The light came from the upper left and was triggered by remote control. My wife supported me. She ran along with us in the same distance to ensure a perfect illumination. She also has some experience in this, as we do almost all the shootings together and she as an assistant and good soul is on the set." said Heiko about the session.
As equipment Heiko used his Canon EOS 5D Mk III with a Sigma Art 50mm / 1.4 lens and the following settings: f / 2.0, 1/1000 sec, ISO 200.
Thanks to both of you, Denise and Heiko, for sharing this fantastic photo with us here in Streetfashion MagZZine.
