The item of clothing, Sophia purchased, shows a lot in her personal style. She just loved the thought of how everything would look together and was right as it looked incredible. Her style for this shoot was actually quite Pia Mia with putting things, that you wouldn't image going together, but really went incredibly well together. Sophia never thought, that side split jogger style pants could look so good with heel boots and a very high cropped top, but she was wrong
The makeup of Sophia was also a hit with people, which was also done by herself as well as her hair. She and Colin Anderson as always had a lovely catch up and chat. According to Sophia Colin is a very lovely man to work with they get on very well. They also had fun and worried at the point, they were shooting right next to a news reporter that was being filmed but all was well and they enjoyed it. Sophia defiantly would say, Colin brings the best out in her: "These have to be my best images, I've done so far, and credit to Colin for that also. My posing just seems to be getting better and Colin brought out a lot of confidence in me after receiving the images. I couldn't have posted them all over social media quick enough. I've done my self proud, my family and my friends proud and I'm sure, I've done Colin proud and he should be very proud of himself. As I've said to Colin, he should be shooting top models. He has some serious talent behind that camera and editing. All in all the best shoot I've done and I'm sure me and Colin will have many more to come." Thanks to both of them, Sophia Bell and Colin Anderson for giving us permission to publish the photos here in Streetfashion MagZZine.
Rolf Hermann wrote us the following: "When I met Yentl the first time, I was tempted immediately to invite her for dinner. She has a very slender body with endless long legs. But, and this is very important, she is a very open and straightforward young woman of 21 years. I noticed immediately, that she loves the work in front of the camera. Even if she has still not too much experience, she performed very well in regards to the given instructions. Also her outfits left no wish unfulfilled. From ladylike to cool streetwear almost everything is available in her fund. I met Yentl in the April 2017 on the recommendation of Streetfashion MagZZine and immediately we were each other sympathetic. The first two photo shoots with her made fun. The first photos of the 29.04.2017 are in the old town and the harbour of Leer (Germany). For the second shoot we then moved to Papenburg, where we have used various locations. Yentl is a varied and versatile newcomer-model from the East Frisian Neukamperfehn with a lot of talent and potential. In the future we for sure will see many more beautiful photos of her." Thanks to Yentl and Rolf Hermann for following our recommendation for a common shoot. We love the results. Today we like to show you a photo, that fascinated us right away from the first view. In the middle of an old abandoned tram with the sunlight seeking its way into this scene we can see an amazing performance of model Neele Klien dressed in a rocky style with jeans and leather jacket. We discovered the photo on Neele's Model-Kartei profile and asked her immediately for permission to show it in Streetfashion MagZZine.
Neele told us, that the location was an abandoned tram in Hipstedt, a small place in the north of Germany. The tram for years literally 'stand on the siding'. Weather and vandals have left their marks. Neele and photographer Marcel Dommaschke could use the first warm sunrays for their shoot. The idea arose spontaneously. Marcel wrote her, when she was new to Model-Kartei some weeks ago. For the outfit they wanted to be definitely cool with a pair of jeans and ankle boots. And a lost place was something, Neele always wanted to try. She feels the mood of lost places simply beautiful. Her styling on the picture was diced together. The Replay jeans she had just bought and simply loves it, cause it's so comfortable. The leather jacket has been manufactured by Asos and Neele made the sleeves a bit longer herself. She told us, that it is the first leather jacket, which is long enough for her size. The belly-free top is from her favorite poledance outfit and made by RAD. She thought, it fits well, because the color fit with her eyes and hair, just with this light. The photo was taken by Marcel D. Photography with a Canon EOS 5D Mark III and an EF 100mm f / 2.8L Macro IS USM lens in ISO 400, F / 3.2 and 1/160 sec. For the lighting Marcel used as trigger a shoe flash. Thanks to both of you, Neele and Marcel, for providing us the opportunity to show this amazing photo here in Streetfashion MagZZine. Teen model Savannah Lund wanted to do something wild and colorful at a well known location in Austin Texas, USA, called "the graffiti park".
Streetfashion MagZZine's director of photography, Tim Bear, agreed and thought it would be amazing to also have colorful make up and wild hair with Street Fashion clothing. HMUA Kimberly Kodali did an amazing job with Savannah's look . This shot was taken by Tim with a Nikon D4, 85mm 1.4 lens. All natural light with a gold reflector camera right. Looking for an edgy , colorful look, this stunning young lady and her crew killed the shoot. Thanks to all the team for this stunning photo. Here we have real summer feeling for you. A bikini shot from Jacksonville, Florida.
The sun was very harsh that day, so photographer Tim Bear (Modelemi) and model Luna Taylor ended up getting under a pier. Tim was equipped with his Nikon D4 and a 85mm 1.2 lens, using only a gold reflector. After the shot Luna got somehting to laugh about, when Tim fell into a sink hole and was buried up to his chest! Lucky for him, that he could keep his camera in the air ... there were hundreds of people watching! Since this picture was just uploaded to her account in model-kartei.de by model Tanja, we discovered it this week and like to show it to you now in our May issue, even it was taken already some months ago.
Model Tanja was captured by photographer Miriam of Colors of light. Miriam is a 29 year old amateur photographer, but meanwhile since about 8 years. Miriam is in the opinion, that everyone has a particular type, that can be firmly captured in a photo. In this case the both of them opted for an old wooden bridge in Bad Säckingen, that leads over the Rhine and connects Switzerland and Germany. For the weather at that time – it was still winter - this location was perfect. The idea was, to show Tanja in a casual winter outfit and let her stand out of the location. Tanja, also an amateur in model business, but already since 5 years, was with her height of 5’11 and her beautiful long hair the perfect choice for this spontaneous photosession, so Miriam. Miriam’s equipment consisted of a Nikon D750 and a lens with a fixed focal length of 85mm. The image was taken only with available light with an exposure of 1 / 80sek. f / 2.2 ISO 800. Miriam processed the photo with Dodge & Burn and a Nick filter (Photoshop). Thanks to both of you for giving us permission to show the photo in Streetfashion MagZZine. Our "model picture of the day" shows 19 year old Danish model Mette MeJay. The photo was taken by her manager and photographer Kurt Helge at an event in Vejle, Denmark, in a area with a lot of graffiti.
Mette and Kurt Helge have been working together for 3 1/2 years now, visiting Germany, England and Sweden for shoots with international photographers. In Denmark Mette and her manager shoot a lot of jewellery photos for commercials, as well as arranging photo events for colleagues. "I work mainly for the sake of my model and take her wherever her job needs her to be - in Denmark or abroad" says photographer Kurt Helge, who in fact is a former journalist and radio host. The photo is captured by Kurt Helge with an old but steady Nikon D90: f/6.7 1/90s ISO 100 and 35 mm lens. Impressive work. Congrats to both of you. In the middle of a field near Warsaw Wilanow this real life picture of model Gosia was captured by photographer Norbert. The both of them had a couple of common sessions and Gosia has very good memories of it. The photo was taken on a cold day in winter. It was a session with a sensual, feminine characteristic, a little sexy also. Gosia and Norbert upfront had no real idea for their session, so it was rather spontaneous. Gosia wanted to show the real side of herself and is pleased with this session and its results. We also like it and have chosen this photo our 'model picture of the day'.
