As I mentioned last time I like to create homemade beauty recipes, but I also enjoy trying different products. In this article I will share more homemade beauty recipes and products I have tried and recommend.
I will start with my three favourite shampoos and conditioners. So you know I try all the products I recommend. One of my favourite shampoo and conditioners is by Marc Anthony, called oil of Morocco(Aragan oil). They are infused with keratin, which is a building block in hair, and it is also sulfate free. It leaves your hair smooth and soft and smelling lovely. My second favourite is by Dove Advanced hair series. It helps smooth the hair and reduce frizz, leaving your hair healthy and shiny. My third favourite is by TRESemme expert selection and it’s one of their new releases. It has no dyes, no parabens, and is silicon free. The one I use is coconut milk and aloe vera, nourish and replenish. I love the smell and the way it leaves my hair soft and healthy.

Now I will tell you my favourite creams for your face. I love the new one by Aveeno active naturals, absolutely ageless. It is applied before bed to your face and neck and it’s a restorative night cream, your skin absorbs products best at night. You apply it after you have washed your face and it is applied every night, you will notice a difference in your skin in about a week.

Another face cream, I have always liked, is by Olay Regenerist, regenerating serum. It can be applied to your entire face and neck, but I like to use it mostly under my eyes and eye lids. I always buy the one for the face because the bottle is bigger and you get more bang for your buck. The one just for the eyes is a lot smaller and doesn’t last as long, and they both work exactly the same.

Another great product for the face is by Burt’s Bees, BB cream with Noni extract. It also has SPF 15 in it. It protects your skin from the damage of the sun, as it minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It goes on smoothly and gives you light coverage instead of a heavy foundation, and it’s 99.9% natural.

Now I will talk about homemade recipes that you can make in your own kitchen. I will start with a really easy one. If you are looking for a 100% natural deodorant try using a lime. Take a lime and cut it in half and rub it all over your clean underarms, then allow to dry. It will keep you smelling fresh and dry for hours. Another homemade recipe that is easy to put together is for your face, this face mask will leave your skin looking radiant.  You will need ½ cup plain oatmeal, two big spoonful’s of honey, two spoonful’s of lemon, and three big spoonful’s of rosewater. Mix all together well and apply to clean dry face and neck, leave on for thirty minutes and then rinse off with warm water. Then as always a splash of cold water to close the pours, repeat 1x a week. My last recipe is a combination of homemade and product. Take two peeled avocados and smash them up with a fork in a bowl. Once they are are smashed up add your favourite conditioner to the avocado. Mix together well and apply to hair from top to ends of hair, massaging gently into hair. Then wrap hair with plastic wrap and leave in for one hour. After rinse out with warm water, then cool water. Your hair will look and feel healthy. Repeat 1x a week.
I hope you enjoyed the recipes and product suggestions. Stay tuned for my next article with more homemade and product suggestions.

I have heard really good things about the Marc Anthony Oil of Morocco shampoo but I have not tried it yet. I will definitely be trying it soon. I would also like to try the avocado with the conditioner. I am looking to make my hair healthier.

I love hearing different things people use for their hair, body, & nails. Please keep me posted every time you post something.
How do the things you use help you? What do you like most about each product?

The homemade recipes do different things. Some exfoliate, soften skin, reduce wrinkles. I love aveeno night cream because it goes on smooth and doesn't feel heavy on. The Olay serum I use under my eyes, and it works great to smooth out my skin and fine lines. The advocado mixed with conditioner makes your conditioner stronger. It moisturizes your hair more than just using conditioner.

Apply it let it dry and it should last up to 8 hours, no matter what you are doing. They also sell deodorants that are made of a form of crystal. You wet it under warm water and rub under arms. It's all natural. I use to buy it at Walmart.

Love this article. I use Olay myself and love it. I will have to try some of the products you mentioned, and the homemade stuff as well. I do use TRESemme I use the #1 & # 2 steps Conditioner 1st and then Shampoo. I also use Marc Anthony Argon oil, and his conditioner you leave in for 5 min then rinse smells amazing.

Your advice is great. I love that the prices of the products are reasonable. The homemade recipes are a nice change. You get to pick every ingredient you put in your homemade recipes, and on your body. Thanks.

Brazilian hard wax in Manhattan link
27/11/2016 04:08:40 pm

First, you must be sure that you want to get a brazilian bikini wax. Consider trying first the standard bikini wax which will remove the hair from your bikini line or the full bikini which will remove most of your pubic hair apart from the most sensitive areas. A brazilian bikini wax removes ALL your pubic hair.
