We discovered a photo of her on Instagram and then had a look at her portfolio. Even she is a new face, we were impressed by her appearance, especially her beautiful smile and charisma. So we asked her, if she would be interested to be published in Streetfashion MagZZine. She agreed and here we go to introduce you up and coming model Merima Dedic with an interview and several amazing photos of her. Merima, please tell us a little bit about yourself to begin with. (How old are you, Where were you born and where do you live now, What is your profession and do you have other besides modeling? My name is Merima, I am 24 years old and I am born in the beautiful Salzburg. Now I live and study at Linz, Upper Austria. I am working at a notary for two days a week and I am Model as well. |

What do you love most about modelling?
I love the work in front of the camera. It is amazing to see how a person can look different on every picture. It is such an amazing and wonderful job, creative and a little bit hard as well. In general I’m a person, who likes the difference in everything. Boredom is nothing for me. This is what I like on modeling! There is always something new, something new to learn, something new to improve and something new to try.

What’s been the highlight of your career so far?
I think there was no big highlight, but so many small things I am happy I’ve did. Since some weeks I’m in a model agency and I’m looking forward for some amazing jobs.

What really goes on behind the scenes as a model? If your a model, you have to be natural, spontaneous and to have good manners.

Define your personal style. My style is chic and casual. Your favourite designer is… ? My favorite designer is Karl Lagerfeld - I love him Vogue or Harper’s Bazaar? definitely Vogue |
What do you hope to be doing in the next 5 years?
It depends what life will bring me. I don’t know what will happen the next five years.
My motto is: Take the chances you get in life because some things only happen once. So maybe tomorrow I’ll get a big chance and my whole life change in only one night. (Laugh) I like how my life is going at the moment, so there is no reason to think about what will happen so far.
