Already some months ago we discovered some photos of her on Instagram. We were impressed by her appearance and extraordinary style. In the second half of September then we therefore asked her for an interview and she agreed. So toady we have the honor to introduce you model and designer Ingrid Bratt with an interview and several beautiful photos of her. Ingrid, please tell us a little bit about yourself to begin with. (How old are you, Where were you born and where do you live now, What is your profession and do you have other besides modeling? Hi. I’m living in London now, but I was raised in Spain and born in Venezuela. I started to work in the modelling industry since I was 15 years old but also I started making clothes for me at the same age or before. Then I studied fashion design which is my real profession, fashion designer but I am studying now a BA as costume interpreter. However my personal Instagram which is @ribp2087 is mainly an influencer and model account so I can have 2 separate accounts for designing and modeling. |
What do you love most about modelling?
I love posing but mostly of the agencies used me to catwalk for other designers.. I’m very tall 1.86 cm and with heels 1.95cm so instead to work as photographic modelling I did many catwalks for influencer designers such Dolce&Gabanna, Pronovias, Calvin Klein, D’orsay, La Perla, Nike, etc. That was a really interesting and enrichment period of my life but I do prefer posing.

What’s been the highlight of your career so far?
As model I catwalk for Dolce&Gabanna in Italy, which for me was an incredible experience, and as designer I showcased my collection at London Fashion Week off schedule, so, I feel I reach my top but of course, there is a long pathway to stay where I want to be.
Tell us about some of your recent shoots.
The shoots I took recently are for brands which want to promote their products and also shoots for independent photographers for their portfolio. What really goes on behind the scenes as a model? Honestly a lot of sacrifice, people think this is just be beautiful and that is it but you have to trainee yourself mentally and physically. One because the longest hours of work, is not that you are working when you want and that’s it…you have to work when you are ill, when you are exhausted and then there is detriment situation when you can’t eat properly because there isn’t time for it… When I started modeling agencies didn’t care so much about models as it is now, so I had to fight against many things on that time, now I believe everything is more easy. Define your personal style. Depending of the situation or event, I like to dress casual or very elegant but my motto is wherever you are always fashionable and trendy. |
