Tímea Hudáková, a 21 year old Slovakian, is the new model photographer Harry Wilcken likes to present as part of the project called “Public Places”. This beautiful woman loves to travel and wants to become a model. The main reason, why she moved to Holland, is according to her, that it is a country with openminded and very friendly people.
As for all the other models participating in this project, Harry asked Tímea to send him some pictures of the outfits, she wanted to wear for the shoot, so he could make a decision about the locations. Harry chose for less crowded places to make her feel comfortable due to her experience level.
Harry was equipped with his Nikon D-810 with a 85mm 1.8 lens, one speed light on a stand with soft box with grid. They met at the Central Station in Utrecht and from there they went to 4 locations in the center of the city.
Even though Timea can be shy in public places and when she attracts the attention to herself, they were able to shoot on the street. The result is a set of beautiful pictures, where her essence has been captured especially in the last two close-ups they made, before a huge rain storm forced them to stop the shoot.
According to Timea her main learning experience was to finally get comfortable making a photoshoot in the street, which is very different to the safeness of a studio. "It was a pleasure for me to work with Tímea! It is always gratifying when at the end both, model and photographer, are pleased with the result" said Harry.
Thanks to both of you to let us participate in your work.
